As a graduate Ing.der Kraftwerstechnik I am of course in the position to offer the full range of engineering services.
The focus of my work lies clearly in the commissioning of power plants.
Cold commissioning
- assembly inspection
- Fine adjustment and programming of analog and binary measuring points
- signal checks
- Adjustment and functional test of valves and actuators
- Review and adjustment of I & C function plans
- Locking checks (individual control) and step sequence tests (flow control)
Warm start
- Approach / Return / normal operation under real operating conditions, thereby checking the function of all equipment
- Optimizing the operational behavior of the system by varying and setting of process-related parameters (set points, control loops)
- Control and as-built recording of R & i's and of other procedural documentation (operations manual, limit alarm list, fixtures list, etc.)
- Training of operatives
Upon request, I will do a complete project of the contract until provisional operational handover.
